Born March 31, 1962 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of Judy Harter and the late Kenneth Englert of Lock Haven.

Tina was a 1980 graduate of Lock Haven High School.

She was a member of United Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lock Haven.

Tina enjoyed keeping in touch with family and friends on social media. Her greatest joy, though, was being a mother and grandmother.

Surviving is her daughter, Tarynee (Kenny) Bailor of Lock Haven; her two granddaughters, Savannah and Sarah; her mother, Judy Harter of McElhattan; two sisters, Kelly (Tim) Olmstead of Lock Haven and Robin (Tim) Condo of McElhattan; a brother, Kenneth "Tex" (Angela) Englert of Lock Haven; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Kenneth Englert, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Donald E. Harter; a brother, Donald W. Harter; maternal grandparents, Ethan and Ethel Andrus; and paternal grandparents, Roy and Mildred Englert Coleman.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring and will be announced closer to that time.
